Landscape Master Plan – Phase 1

We will meet with you at the site of your proposed project to discuss your vision for the property. We review the survey information available in light of the scope of the project that is proposed, and then develop the landscape design concepts. These landscaping concepts take into consideration your property, your budget, regulatory and environmental requirements, and the landscaping design style that best suits the architecture and reflects your own personal taste. The final landscape design that we arrive at together is known as the Landscape Master Plan.

Landscape Design Development – Phase 2

After we have obtained all of the necessary permits for enacting the Master Plan, we then develop the design in finer detail. In this phase we determine the materials to be used and methods of construction, taking your budget into consideration. The landscaping design is drawn in plan view and with details and sections, providing the information needed to communicate the landscaping design to you, our estimator, and installation foreman.

Landscape Construction – Phase 3

Situations may arise for design adjustments that will enhance the final landscaping project outcome, or creative solutions may be needed that only the landscape designers can provide, which is why our landscape designers maintain constant, direct involvement with the installation crews during landscape construction. The design team will keep the project moving forward and will coordinate the work of other contractors to ensure the landscape construction is done in the proper sequence and to the highest standards.

Landscape Maintenance – Phase 4

If it is wise to invest in the beauty of your property, it is even wiser to protect your investment. Gerbert & Sons, Site Systems’ parent company, offers a full guarantee on all of our work for our design/build customers for as long as we provide the complete service landscape maintenance contract. Maintaining your property in the finest condition possible is our number one priority.
